Rechters of Perrenland

A Rechter is a judge schooled in Perrenese law, someone who has sworn to uphold the laws of Perrenland and its clans and has a duty to see that justice is done. Rechters must act in an unimpeachable and moral fashion and be an exemplar of lawful behaviour. In return, they have the authority to officiate at trials and call for legal investigations whenever they deem appropriate.
